Customer Support & Training Specialist
Full-Time
📍 Virtual 🕐 40 hrs / week 🏥 Customer Support & Training

Join our team as a full-time Customer Support & Training Specialist. You’ll play a central role in onboarding new clients, delivering training, and ensuring our customers succeed with eRelocation every day.

  • Conduct comprehensive training and ensure timely onboarding with high client satisfaction during implementation
  • Manage and resolve customer support tickets via Zendesk, virtual meetings, or phone
  • Collaborate to create and/or update training materials as requested
  • Deliver timely, accurate solutions aligned with company policies and best practices
  • Conduct “Customer Best Practices” consultations to improve client usage
  • Participate in testing of new software features and provide structured feedback to the Development team
  • Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by leadership
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience using eRelocation in a relocation or referral department (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of real estate referral and relocation processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support tools (e.g., Zendesk, Zoom)
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with time management; open to change, self-starter, and a team player
