eRelocation is proud to announce our newest productivity-enhancing tool for our customers…..our new eRelocation Add-In for Microsoft Outlook!
We know that our customers spend a significant amount of time receiving emails in Outlook, wanting to add the content in those emails (often including the attachments) to the referral in eRelocation. Up until now, you would have to search for the referral in eRelocation, then copy and paste the email in as a note to the referral. Then, to get the attachment(s) into the referral, you’d have to save those to your computer, keep track of where you saved them, what you named them, and then upload each attachment individually into eRelocation.
eRelocation has become the first and only relocation department management software provider to directly integrate into Outlook (Versions 2007 and 2010) to overcome these efficiency challenges! For no additional charge, eRelocation customers can now search their referral database, directly from Outlook, and with just a few quick clicks, save an email, along with some or all attachments, directly into eRelocation! What may have previously taken 5-8 minutes has now been cut down to 30 seconds! Repeat this several times throughout the day, and you’ll quickly see the tremendous value this free enhancement brings!
